L’objectif de l’atelier de Perpignan est d’inviter des diffuseurs (directeurs d’antenne, journalistes …), travaillant dans des radios associatives ou communautaires, diffusant dans des langues minoritaires ou régionales, à partager leurs expériences de programmation pour et par des minorités ayant des liens avec d’autres communautés minoritaires à l’étranger. En plus d’offrir un espace aux radios pour partager des informations à propos des relations entre leurs dimensions transnationales et linguistiques, l’atelier présentera l’approche de « la recherche-action participative ». Les deux aspects devraient intéresser tous ceux qui étudient ou font des recherches dans le champ de la radio.
Les participants à l’atelier sont invités à partager leurs propres exemples de programmation. L’atelier est dirigé par un membre de l’équipe de Transnational Radio Encounters (TRE), Peter Lewis.
The workshop of Perpignan is an invitation to community radio broadcasters, broadcasting in minority or regional languages, to share their experience in programming for and by minorities which links with minority communities abroad. Besides giving space for radios to share information about their transnational radio and language encounters, the workshop will introduce the idea of Participatory Action Research. Both aspects should be of interest to those who study and research the field of radio.
Participants are invited to bring examples of programming. The workshop is led by a member of the Transnational Radio Encounters (TRE) team, Peter Lewis.
